Directions
1:Peel off the shrimp head, the shrimp shell, leave the last section of the shrimp shell and tail, and remove the shrimp line.
2:Treat the prepared shrimps with a little salt, starch and a small amount of water in the bowl, then rinse the shrimps.
3:Dry the washed shrimp with a kitchen towel, cut a few knives on the shrimp belly, and sprinkle the shrimp with salt and wrap a layer of flour.
4:Then wrap the shrimp with a layer of egg liquid and wrap the bread crumbs. This step is repeated twice.
5:Open the fire, fry the shrimp in the oil pan, and pour it into the golden yellow pan.
6:According to personal preference, you can sprinkle with the right amount of lemon juice before eating.
