1:Marinate the salmon fillets with sea salt , pepper , lemon juice and soy sause for 10 minutes
2:Preheat frying pan for medium to high heat
3:Lightly oil frying pan. Place vegetable and skin-side-down salmon on the frying pan and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 2-6minutes per side depending on how thick the fillit is
